GlassWorks Auto Glass is a one-person mobile auto glass shop in Las Vegas, Nevada. This policy explains what we collect when you contact us, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It is short because we do not do much with your information.
What we collect
When you fill out the quote form on this site, we collect:
- Your name and phone number
- The year, make, and model of your vehicle, and which glass is damaged
- The ZIP code where the vehicle is parked
- How you plan to pay (cash, insurance, or fleet account)
- Any photos you choose to upload, and any notes you write
Photos are optional. We ask for a picture of your VIN and the damage because it lets us quote the correct glass the first time.
Why we collect it
To quote your job, order the right glass, schedule the appointment, and invoice you. That is the entire purpose.
Text messages
If you give us your phone number, we may text you about your quote and your appointment. These are service messages, not marketing blasts.
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Opting out of texts does not stop us from calling you about a job you booked.
We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or any text message consent with third parties for their own marketing.
Who we share it with
We share your information only where it is needed to do the work:
- Glass suppliers and distributors — the vehicle details needed to order your glass
- Your insurance carrier — only if you ask us to file or assist with a claim
- Service providers that run our email, phone, forms, and file storage
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers.
How long we keep it
We keep job records and invoices as long as needed to honor the workmanship warranty and to meet tax and recordkeeping requirements. Quote requests that never turn into a job are deleted periodically.
Your choices
You can ask us to delete your information at any time, ask what we have on file, or correct something that is wrong. Email info@glassworksvegas.com or call 725-227-8220 and we will take care of it.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated date at the top of this page changes with it.
