Terms of Service
Last updated: August 2026
These terms cover the use of glassworksvegas.com and the work GlassWorks Auto Glass performs. Plain language, because you should be able to read them.
Quotes
A quote is based on the vehicle information you give us. If the vehicle turns out to be different from what was described, or the glass requires options we were not told about, such as rain sensors, heated glass, acoustic interlayer, a heads-up display, or camera brackets, the price may change. We will tell you before we do the work, not after.
Scheduling and mobile service
We come to you anywhere in the Las Vegas valley. You are responsible for providing a legal, accessible place to park the vehicle. We may reschedule for weather. High wind, rain, and extreme heat all affect how urethane cures, and doing a job in bad conditions is how leaks happen.
Safe drive-away time
After a windshield replacement we will tell you the safe drive-away time for the adhesive we used. Do not drive the vehicle before that time has passed. The windshield is a structural part of your vehicle and it is part of how the passenger airbag works.
We are not responsible for damage or injury resulting from driving before the stated safe drive-away time.
Driver assistance systems
Many vehicles have cameras or sensors mounted to the windshield for lane keeping, automatic braking, or adaptive cruise control. These may require recalibration after a windshield replacement. We will tell you if your vehicle needs it and whether we handle it or refer it out. Recalibration may be quoted separately.
Warranty
Our workmanship is warranted for as long as you own the vehicle. If there is a leak, a whistle, or a rattle related to our installation, we come back out and fix it at no charge.
The warranty does not cover new damage from rocks, road debris, vandalism, collisions, or other impacts. It does not cover glass defects, which are covered by the glass manufacturer, or problems caused by work someone else performed after ours.
Payment
Payment is due when the work is finished unless you have a fleet account with agreed terms. For insurance jobs, you are responsible for your deductible and for any amount your carrier declines to cover.
Pre-existing condition of the vehicle
Older vehicles, previous glass work done poorly, rust in the pinch weld, and aftermarket trim can all create problems that show up during a replacement. We will point out anything we find before proceeding. We are not responsible for pre-existing rust, corrosion, or damage from prior installations.
